Update your Credit Card in our System

Our practice management software is transitioning to a new payment processor. We will now be using Stripe to collect payments. To help us make this transition as smooth as possible, we ask that you promptly update your credit card information in our system. Steps and options for updating this info are outlined below. First, read through the FAQs, which should answer most of your questions along with the walkthrough below.

FAQs:

  • Our practice management software, Fusion, does not store card information itself. All credit card info is stored directly with the payment processor (previously Vantage).

    Since Fusion doesn’t actually have the data, there’s no way to transfer your card info to the new system. Good news: that’s why your card information is secure. Bad news: it means we need everyone’s card info again.

  • The easiest and most efficient way will be to update your info through our patient portal.

Through Patient Portal

This is the easiest and most efficient way to update your card info.

Step 1: Click here to open the patient portal.

Step 2: Enter your login information on the Expressions Pediatric Therapy Portal.
If you don’t remember your password, click Forgot Password and follow the instructions.
(This is the same login info used to fill out the intake paperwork.)

Step 3: Once logged in, navigate to _____. Add payment method.
